1. Handle cash, credit or credit card transactions with customers by Point of Sale system.
2. Scan goods and collect payments, Ensure pricing and quantity are correct, Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
3. Collect customer’s name and phone number, putting in system.
4. Respond, handle, record, and solve promptly to customer inquiries and customer complaints. Perform Customer verifications.
5. Follow up on customer interactions.
6. Making Customer’s report with customer databases everyday before off work and maintain it.
