To plan the appointments and conferences with attending the meetings and taking the minutes.
Receiving and re-forwarding calls.

Job Tasks:
To organize the CEO business schedule.
The coordination between the CEO and the other departments and divisions.
To assist in planning the appointments of meetings,conferences and other events.
To coordinate the meetings with attending them and preparing the minutes.
Follow-up the tasks and duties related to the meetings.
Receiving and forwarding calls.
To manage the Incoming and Outgoing official letters and organize them base on the priority.
Travel arrangements of the CEO or the persons defined by him.
To handle and manage the confidential documents and to be sure that they are in safe.
To manage the stationery and dealing with the suppliers.
To save the Soft and Hard copies of the records and organize the data in easy-access method.
To organize the files and archive the documents and correspondences based on the
management procedures.
To make Researches,Presentations and Reports on request.
Any other tasks requested by the CEO.
