- Use the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Assessment framework to evaluate the digital maturity of manufacturing companies in different industries and regions.
- Lead SIRI assessments in manufacturing sectors and ensure accurate and timely submission of assessment reports.
- Complete assessments and submit reports on time.
- Address and implement corrective actions based on review feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and technology partners, to manage consultancy projects.
- Lead SIRI projects and teams, overseeing training and assessments.
- Manage SIRI projects, including planning, operational aspects, and handling unexpected changes.
- Travel extensively to conduct on-site assessments and gain insights into regional manufacturing practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in Industry 4.0 to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement in diverse manufacturing environments.
- Certified SIRI Assessor qualification must complete at least 5 Official SIRI Assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or IT-related disciplines.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in any manufacturing industry.
- Completion of relevant assessor courses or consulting courses such as Lead Assessor, Internal Audit, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management.
- Hands-on experience in process engineering, continuous process improvements, and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing a industrial sector with a focus on advanced manufacturing, automation and control systems, and digital processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement for manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and concise feedback to C-suite executives.
- Proficient in report writing and delivering presentations.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide for overseas assignments (approximately 60% or more).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in various industries is a plus.
