•Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
•Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
•Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
•Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
•Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any construction-related issues.
•Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and updates to senior management and clients.
•Review and approve project plans, designs, and blueprints, ensuring feasibility and adherence to regulations
•Manage project resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor.
•Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
•Address any unexpected issues or delays promptly, adjusting plans and schedules as necessary
- 10 years site experience in high rise building construction, residenti villas or hotels
- Nationality: Lebanese, Syrian or Iraqi
- Gender: Male
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Candidate must be living and working in Abu Dhabi
