Job Role: Civil Engineer G+4 UMM AL QUWAIN CERTIFICATE
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Years of Experience: 2- 4 Years in UAE WITH G+4 UMM AL QUWAIN CERTIFICATE
Work Location: Umm Al Quwain
Languages Known: English
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Design:
Develop and implement project plans, specifications, and design drawings.
Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of proposed construction sites.
Construction Management:
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve any issues or defects in construction work.
Cost Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
Track project expenditures and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
Doentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with UMM AL QUWAIN G+4 CERTIFICATE
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
