Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Management: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and timelines for concrete and steel building projects.

Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between the construction team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient work execution.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes. Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Doentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain all required doentation, including daily reports, progress reports, site records, and technical doents.

Submittals & Approvals: Prepare, submit, and follow up on material submittals, shop drawings, and other necessary doents for client and consultant approval.

Payment Certificates & Billing: Assist in the preparation of payment certificates for contractors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Inspection & Testing: Coordinate and perform inspections and testing of materials and workmanship as per the project requirements and quality standards.

Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment on-site, ensuring no delays or wastage.

Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and practices on-site to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, ensuring the project progresses without delays.

Project Schedule Management: Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule. Assist in adjusting schedules as required.
