Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Manager located in Dubai. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication. The role will involve working closely with customers to address their needs and providing exceptional customer service, following up on media coverage activities, payment follow up, interfacing with our accounts team answering queries and a bit of Administration work.
Start date for this role is immediate. So we are looking for someone who is already in Dubai.

Experience in managing client services
Analytical Skills
Effective Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience in the finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Excellent command in English - Spoken and written.
