Job Description

Job Overview:
The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing accounts receivable, ensuring the timely collection of payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate records of all collection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Contact clients to follow up on overdue accounts and ensure prompt payments.
•Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize overdue accounts.
•Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate invoicing.
•Resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment terms or plans with clients.
•Maintain detailed records of communication and collection efforts.
•Send regular payment reminders and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
•Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate timely collections.
•Prepare and present regular reports on outstanding accounts and collection progress.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
•Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
•Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.


Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Previous experience in collections environment (preferred).
