Responsibilities span a number of topics, including Customer excellence, Distributor excellence, CRM, pricing, go-to-market strategies, sales planning, market & competitive intelligence.
- Establishing a commercial operating mechanism that enables the Region to manage the commercial activities, funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability
- Identifying and supporting the rollout of tools related to Account planning and Analytics tools (margin management, CRM, etc)
- Driving continuous improvement in the commercial (sales and operations) processes
- Developing and implementing, together with the Sales and Marketing department, of different marketing & sales projects in line with the strategic imperatives of the organization
- Provide full secretarial and admin support from UAE office related to French assignments
- Prepare and coordinate presentatio with internal and external parties
- Manage and ensure that all meetings are timely arranged with french speaking clients
- Assist with the preparation, assembly, and distribution of commercial documentation & reports in french and english
- Coordinate with travel department on Business Lead travel arrangements inclusive of air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims
- Raise purchase requisiti order for the department requirements in french
- Provide administrative support for the b process
- Consolidate and update market da on potential new markets and products
- Provide costing input for invoicing
- Coordinate and liaise with inter-departme requirements as per assigned
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projec as per assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role with working experience
- Excellent communication skills, can-do attitude and ability to fluently communicate in French
- Experience in suppo bids and tenders would be a plus consideration
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
