Job Description:
- Ensuring the compliance of the Company with the relevant laws, rules & regulations,
- Preparation of Board /Shareholders resolutions
- Preparation of Power of Attorney
- Corporate governance practices
- Preparing and keeping important doents of the Company
- Updating KYC and CDD
- Updating Rules & Regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Education Qualification in Company Secretary (CS)
- Minimum Experience of two years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably Residence in Dubai
- Preference to Long-term Placement
