Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate data into our database systems and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.
- Prepare and sort doents for data entry and update data as necessary.
- Generate reports, analyze data sets, and identify trends or insights.
- Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to support data- related projects.
- Follow data entry guidelines and best practices to maintain high- quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role is a plus.
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team- oriented mindset
