• Work and counsel individuals of different ages or professions, groups, and couples.
• Commit to taking needed trainings like the DMIT training and attend DMIT counseling sessions with trained counselors.
• Conduct DMT training for other hired counselors.
• Analyze and explain personalized DMIT reports generated to its owners.
• Listen, guide and advise customers on strategies and coping skills.
• Create value added services like Interest Analysis, Training modules, upselling specific counseling support packages on identifying the needs of adults and students.
• Answer incoming inquiries from prospective customers by phone, e-mail or messages.
• Cold calling potential B2B & B2C customers to promo the product’s features, prices and present their benefits.
• Create and Manage client database regularly.
• Review, and enter customer and account data gained through campaigns and events ensuring accuracy of information.
• Update and report on sales and customers records on a weekly & monthly basis.
• Research and suggest potential collaborations, business partnerships and opportunities, such influencers, brands, corporate clients or even events to participate in.
• Organize and schedule appointments if and when needed.
• Provide general support and handle requests by management
• Act as a point of contact between management and external agencies and customers if and when needed.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
