Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator Manager to oversee and lead the visual content creation for our luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, and collaborating with the external marketing agency to develop and execute impactful campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with an eye for high-end visuals, a deep understanding of our brand identity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards of design quality across all platforms.
Please note: We are only considering candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience in content creation and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:
•Brand Vision & Creative Leadership
oCurate compelling visual narratives for campaigns, digital lookups, and editorial shoots.
oLead and manage the graphic design team, guiding them to create high-quality visuals that align with the brand's
vision and luxury image.
oDevelop creative concepts, themes, and ideas for a variety of platforms, including Instagram, website content, marketing collateral, catalogs, posters, and other promotional materials.
oOversee the development of content for both digital and print formats, ensuring consistency across all visual
touchpoints.
oEnsure the timely delivery of campaign visuals and marketing materials.
•Marketing Strategy
oCollaborate with the outsourced marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across various channels, such
as social media, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
oAct as the main point of contact between the in-house creative team and the external marketing agency, coordinating
schedules, campaigns, and design deliverables.
oDevelop content strategies that align with the brand’s heritage, high-end positioning, and target audience, with a
focus on engagement, exclusivity, and storytelling.
oEnsure all content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and image across all
platforms.
•Public Relations & Brand Partnerships
oBuild and nurture relationships with high-profile media, influencers, stylists, and luxury editors.
oLead the visual and design team, must have a good connection with the outsource marketing companies.
oPosition the brand in top-tier luxury publications and platforms.
•Team Leadership
oInspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of creatives, marketers, and PR professionals.
oFoster a culture of innovation, excellence, and meticulous attention to detail.
oManage a team of marketing and creative professionals.
oManage the content calendar to ensure the timely production and release of content for key events, campaigns, and
product launches.
oPlan and schedule content in advance to ensure alignment with marketing goals and overall brand strategy.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
•8+ years of experience in high-end luxury marketing, creative direction, and PR — with a strong focus on jewellery,
watches, or fashion.
•Proven experience in the Dubai luxury market is essential.
•Exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating sophisticated campaign work.
•Established network within luxury media, influencers, and event partners.
•Sharp understanding of global luxury trends and regional cultural nuances.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
•Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
•Knowledge and experience in Graphic designing.
