We are seeking an experienced and innovative Culinary Innovation Specialist(F&B) with strong operational expertise in restaurants and coffee shops. This role involves driving product innovation, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:•Develop and launch new food and beverage products tailored to market trends and customer preferences.•Innovate recipes, processes, and menu offerings for both restaurant and coffee shop concepts.•Collaborate with kitchen teams to test and refine new product ideas.•Optimize daily operations by implementing efficient workflows and processes.•Conduct quality assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.•Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive improvements.•Provide training and support to operational staff for smooth implementation of new products and processes.
Requirements:•Proven experience in product development for restaurants or coffee shops.•Strong operational background in F&B, with expertise in improving workflows.•Knowledge of current market trends and customer preferences in the hospitality industry.•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
Experience in both start-up and established F&B environments.
