A) Basic Objectives:
· To maintain customer satisfaction at all times and respond to customer requirements through emails, phone calls and problem solving.
· Cooperative with management and team members.
· Guide and follow up with the delivery drivers.
· Upload and edit items on the website.
· Prepare papers needed for vendors and schedule meetings.
· Make customer records and reports.
