Our Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will act as a liaison, provide produ information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and make sure that the final output is error free.
• Dealing with phone calls, emails and direct customers.
• Record keeping of all electronic billings, and record transactions.
• Experience in Customer Servi Center Agent experience.
• Can speak fluently in English and Chinese
• Can speak fluently in English and Arabic
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Computer skills, Typing speed and accuracy
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
