We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service and support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback accurately.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service quality.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
