Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Work towards effective and efficient resolution of issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Communicate effectively with customers, as well as internal teams, to convey information clearly and concisely. Ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Use internal systems to track customer issues and resolutions.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
