• Collaborate with technical team to design service offerings tailored to client needs.
• Deliver presentations and demos to showcase the company’s technical service capabilities.
• Attend industry conferences, workshops, and other events to stay updated with the latest market trends and to represent the company.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the brand message is consistent.
• Provide regular feedback to the technical and management teams about client needs, challenges, and market dynamics.
• Develop and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems.
• Handle after-sales issues, ensuring that clients are satisfied and any issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience, preferably 3-5 years, in technical services sales or in a related sector.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
