We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. A proven track record in direct sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry, would be a plus. This role involves promoting and selling e& (Etisalat's) services directly to potential customers through door-to-door engagement.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
•1+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a related field; or experience with Etisalat or in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
•A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
•Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
•Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
