• Finalizing targets and budgets for the Division in coordination with the Country Commercial Manager.
• Monitoring performance of the Division across store formats in terms of sales, gross margin, profit & loss
• Ensuring proper implementation of the commercial strategy - mission, positioning per format, etc. for the divisi and strategic guidelines, including categories plan and pricing strategy
• To ensure proper implementation of policies, procedure and standards such as service level, imports, suppliers standards, negotiating terms, etc. for the Division.
• Periodically revising assortments and pricing decisions.
• Coordinating with other functions particularly Operations, Logistics and E&M, Promo, etc. to maximize the effectiveness of Commercial decision
• Ensuring cost-saving and effective buying.
• Defining the assortment for new stores and creation of the relevant order book
• Supervising collection of market prices and country price audits
