We are looking for a Doent Controller to prepare, manage and file doents for our projects.
Responsibilities:
Copy, scan and store doents
Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
Review and update technical doents (e.g. Manuals and workflows)
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a Doent Controller or similar role.
Familiarity with project management
Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law.Hands- onn experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
