- Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
5. Marketing & Sales:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor marketing performance against sales revenue.
- Lead planning and execution of new product launches.
- Coordinate with product development, marketing, and sales teams.
6. Warehouse and Inventory Optimization:
- Forecast and plan inventory needs.
- Implement advanced inventory management practices.
7. ERP Implementation Leadership:
- Oversee ERP system implementation and optimization across departments.
- Ensure seamless integration with manufacturing and e-commerce operations.
