Primary responsibilities will include;
Lead and conduct EFQM assessments, including at least 10 assessments (of which 3 were as team leader role) for Global Award or 6 Diamonds organizations.
Prepare and review EFQM submission doents for award-winning entities.
Provide EFQM 2020 and or 2025 model training, provide coaching sessions, and simulation assessments.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Experience: 20+ years overall, 12+ years relevant expertise, including consulting in Strategy, Innovation, and Organizational Excellence.
Certifications: Certified EFQM Assessor 2020 and upgrade 2025 preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Market Knowledge: Extensive experience with GCC government projects.
Language: Bilingual in Arabic and English.
Relocation: Committed and willing to relocate.
Duration: 30 months
