Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with clients, and managing event-related sales processes. The individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, while identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
•Sales & Business Development:
oIdentify and prospect potential clients, partners, and sponsors for events and business opportunities.
oDevelop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by researching market trends and client needs.
oNegotiate contracts and close business deals in alignment with company targets and objectives.
oPromote and sell event services, including sponsorships, vendor partnerships, and ticket sales.
oMaintain and update CRM system with accurate client information and sales activity.
•Event Planning & Management:
oWork with the event team to understand client requirements and customize event offerings accordingly.
oEnsure the successful execution of events by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
oMonitor event performance and work on improving services for future events.
•Relationship Management:
oBuild and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
oProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
oAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all client needs are met before, during, and after events.
•Market Research & Strategy:
oAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
oCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness.
oHelp shape the company’s sales strategy by contributing insights and data-driven recommendations.
•Reporting & Analysis:
oProvide regular reports on sales targets, opportunities, and conversion rates.
oAnalyze sales data and identify areas of improvement to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
•Proven experience (3+ years) in event sales, business development, or a similar role in the events or hospitality industry.
•Strong knowledge of event management processes and sales strategies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
•Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
•Highly organized with attention to detail.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working with large-scale events, trade shows, conferences, or corporate meetings.
•Familiarity with event marketing strategies and platforms.
•Network of industry contacts (sponsors, venues, partners).
