Executive support:
• Assist MD in administrative duties.
• Managing calendar, appointments & travel.
• Arranging MD’s travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, transport, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
• Organizing internal & external meetings ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
• Providing secretarial support for meetings as & when required including distributing agendas, attending the meetings, writing & distributing the meeting agendas & following up on action points.
• Coordinating initiatives, and communication with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Social Media Management
• Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the MD.
• Communication on behalf of the MD.
• Support MD in external commitments.
Admin Tasks:
• DHL, TNT & FedEx shipping send and receive.
• Responsible for office administration matters.
• Handling Business Trips and hotel accommodation
• Arranging package and other deliveries, and greeting and signing in visito.
