1. Assist administrative duties of TCS Department and ensure that contract documents are
100% accurate and to be filed in an organized manner.
2. Handle all customer service requests and complaints received via email, call center and walk
in.
3. Contacting tenant’s to recover bounced cheque.
4. Assisting clients with the renewal process.
5. Maintaining all documentation of TCS Department.
6. Handle tenant’s general inquiries received via email, phone call and walk in.
7. Receiving, Registering, Acknowledging and assigning of customer requests and complaints
8. Constant communication with Maintenance and Finance departments to offer efficient customer service.
1. Have 1-2 years experience as a customer service executive.
2. At least 1 year real estate experience preferred.
3. Should have Bachelors degr field.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and similar software.
5. Fluent English.
6. Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
7. Self-confident, determined, details-oriented.
8. Excellent in communication, presentation, phone contact handling and active listening.
9. 3 P’s (Professionalism, patience and “people-first” attitude).
