- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our produc to assist customers effectively.
- Doent customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing team success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem- solving abilities and a patient, customer- centric approach.
- Tech- savvy with the ability to navigate various software and tools.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Detail- oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
