Job Description
•Answering phone calls and assisting customers
•Should be a fast learner and be very observant and vigilant
•Maintains good relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance.
•Keeping up to date with product knowledge.
•Should be able to mutitask efficiently.
Desired Skills:
•Good communication skills
•Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
•Fluent in English Mandatory
•Fluent in Email Proficiency
Freshers in UAE can apply
Salary offered: AED 3000 Only
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 9am to 6.30 pm
