A Dubai based Medical Centre is looking for Female Customer Service Executive with minimum 1 - 2 years experience.
Tasks and duties:
Answering client correspondences through Email and by phone.
Relaying extensive package information to customers.
Closing sales for the company.
Filing customer records, including contact information.
Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Requirements and skills:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to ada to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
