• He must have excellent knowledge in Inventory Planni, Doentation for all Imports and Exports UAE & GCC.
• Must have knowledge in custom doentation for sea exports
• Must have full knowledge in working on Dubai trade
• Resolves customer problems by interacting with concerned parties on behalf of the company and notifies higher authorities if needed
• Co-ordination and follow up with operations for smooth and successful completion of jobs without ‘zero’ customer grievance and complaints
• Vendor payments to be approved and sent to accounts for all shipments
• Passing export declaration for vehicle & cargo exports by sea
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in passing custom doentation in UAE
• Maintaining the export file
Qualifications
• Graduate any discipline
• UAE work experience is MANDATORY
• 3 years export doentation experience
• Diploma in Expo is an added advantage
Key Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Export Doentation
• Good Communication Skills Hindi & English Mandatory
