We are seeking talented and experienced Export Sales Executives / Area Managers join our Export Sales Division. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in international markets, particularly in the lubricants and automotive spare parts sectors. They will play a pivotal role in promoting our products, achieving sales targets, and expanding our presence in new territories.
Market Development: Research and identify potential markets to appoint agents and distributors for our products.
Strategic Planning: Study targeted markets to plan and achieve sales objectives effectively.
New Business Acquisition: Identify and develop new markets and business accounts for exports.
Sales Strategy: Plan, implement, manage, and oversee the company's overall sales strategy to maximize growth.
Negotiation & Target Achievement: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and consistently meet sales targets.
Customer Support: Organize marketing support and manage customer requirements.
Export Administration: Handle all export doentation, orders, and contracts efficiently.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve export-related challenges in assigned markets.
Proven experience in international sales min for 1 year , specifically in lubricants and automotive spare parts.
Strong knowledge of global market trends and export practices.
Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a valuable asset.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
