Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
Conduct and doent regular facility inspections.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.
Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments.
Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency.
Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers.
Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels.
Supervise all staff facilities staff and external contractors.
Prepare and track facility budget.
Monitor expenses and payments.
Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.
Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
Provide prompt responses to requests and issues from facility occupants.
Any ad-hoc task as management requires.
Qualifications:
B in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position.
Well-versed in technic operations and facilities management best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Good analytic thinking.
