Job Description:
Will be assisting the accountant and doing the accounts data entry
Assist with admin tasks and handling clients files
Communicate with clients and suppliers via email and phone
Handling and responding to clients inquiries
Preferable: Female Filipino nationality
Fluent in spoken and written in English
Familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Proficiency in Data Entry
Minimum 2 of experience in Accounts and Administration
