* Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
* Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Develop and maintain a filing system
* Preparing Quotation and Job completion report
* Knowledgeable in making AMC and presentation
*Arranging access permits for entrance to different premises
*Dealing with Subcontractors
*Client Relations
* English Language Required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
*Have at least 1 year experience in Maintenance and Facilities Management. Real Estate experience is an advantage.
