- Accomplishes financial objectives by paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing, variances, and initiating corrective action
- Preparing and issuing invoices for billing purposes.
- Maintain an updated inventory for all supplies and equipment.
- Analyzing and reconciling the company’s bank statement and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures, managing income, and expenditures account
- Providing employees with a safe place to work by ensuring that the company follows occupational safety and health rules
- Creating a smooth process for recruiting, evaluating, interviewing, and hiring skilled individuals
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Handle the data entry of property listings of each consultant.
- Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs.
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases
- Ensuring data is correct and accurate
