- Preparing Quotations & Purchase Orders.
- Handling reverse logistics.
- Incharge of Spare Parts Store.
- Preparing Reports
- Prepare costing sheet
- Make entry voucher of all items received
- Generate invoice and delivery note for the shipment;
- Handover shipping documents to warehouse for local deliveries
- Ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
- Creation of customer import documents
- Track and manned all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• At least with relevant experience in accounting.
• MS Office proficient such as word, excel, power point, access and browsing
• Understanding in custom duty / INCOTEMS 2010 / supply chain / Clearing
• At least with relevant experience in office documentation such as LPO / invoi note
• Able to write and speak in English and fluent in ARABIC
• Ability to understand instructions.
Other Qualifications
The candidate should be college graduate or equivalent discipline
