Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Filipina Lady Preferred.

· Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

· Answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence, coordinating mails and similar publicity tasks.

. Payment Follow up

. Preparing Delivery Note & Invoice on TALLY

· Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.

· Develop and implement office procedures.

· Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files.

· Compose letters, memos and emails.

· Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages.

· Managing databases and prioritize workloads.

· Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.

· Logging or processing bills or expenses.

· Organizing and servicing meetings.

· Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

· Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, take messages including calls and email

· File photocopy and retrieve corporate documents, records, typing, preparing and collating reports.

· Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

· Can Assist for Sales works.

· Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

· Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices a organizations.
