Responsibilities:
Promote and sell training programs to prospective clients.
Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver proposals to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
At least 3 years of telesales experience in the UAE.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferably with previous call cent experience, preferred but not required.
Computer savvy, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
