Cut and fillet different types of fish accurately and efficiently
Ensure proper handling and storage of fish to maintain quality and freshness
Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
Dispose of fish waste properly and follow all safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient production
Inspect fish for quality and identify any defects or issues
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
Requirements:
