Lady, preferred smart (20 - 25 years old)
- Answering and directing company calls
- Answering company emails
- Welcoming guest and clients in a polite manner
- Maintaining office cleanliness
- Managing the office
- Admin duties
- Customer care related duties
- With a pleasing personality
- Can understand and speak English
- Must have an IT background
- Computer literate (MS WORD, Excel, Publisher etc.) with some knowledge in photo editing and video making.
Excellent word processing and IT skills.
