Job Description

•To professionally answer telephones and attend to tenant requests and issues raised.
•To log all requests into company SharePoint system and transfer the request to respective departments e.g. maintenance, housekeeping etc.
•Answer enquiries from companies.
•Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
•Inform the host that a visitor has arrived and introduce the visitor and host together.
•Schedule meetings and conference rooms.

General Role
•Preparing & sending cash handling repo entries post settlement summary to HO via email.
•Maintaining staff attendance sheets.
•Preparation of Time Sheets & Overtime schedules.
•Preparation of Company Procurement Request Notifications (PRN’s) for housekeeping, Front office and Maintenance requests.
•Ensure stock PRN’s are completed in advance for the purchasing of coffee items, juices, cafeteria supplies etc.


Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
•Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their best practices, and trends.
•Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing content.
•Data-driven and analytical mindset.
•Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing cirstances.
•Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
