Salary: 3,000-4,000 AED

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing appointments, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, managing emails, and ensuring the reception area is organized and tidy.

Candidate Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, guests, and staff.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, including handling phone calls, appointments, and administrative duties, with great attention to detail.
Multitasking: Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and a high level of professionalism.
