a Multinational company located in Dubai,UAE is looking for Human Resources and Administration Manager reguired to work as a full time employee with below roles and qualifications:
Recruiting Roles:
- Create and Develop job description \ Develop and update for the job specifications and posting on career websites and LinkedIn, different channel etc
- Attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and interviews and managing the hiring paperwork
- Screen and assess candidate's resumes and job applications
- Analysis for jobs and tasks to document job requirements and objectives
- Manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure it meet our staff requirements.
HR Management Roles:
- HR reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet policies, standards, and department requirements.
- Handling employees’ files and documents.
- Handling and planning staff vacations and all related requests.
- Work on day to day HR matters for smooth workflow.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Respond and interact to the staff Emails, calls, and meetings. During the working hours.
- Suggest ways to improve our employer brand
- Handling employees’ files and documents.
- Payroll preparation and administration.
- Handling Manpower requests for all departments in fulfilling their Manpower need.
- Planning the training and development program for enhancing the staff skills and to improve the quality of services provided to our clients
- Manage, Enhance , Create company Policies,
- Handling the company Policies and Handbook, creation and Enhancements and announcements.
- manage payroll systems, and keep track of records and files
Administration roles.
- Handle all necessary Government works
- Controlling and monitoring expiry dates of all types of company license for all branches.
- Responsible for All company licenses, and ID's, and Certificates expiry dates for renewal.
- Attend and coordinate staff and business meetings.
- office and staff coordination and management needs
Skills :
- Ability to work with a multinational multi culture company
- Full understanding of rules and regulation for the UAE and Middle east
- Full understand of International HR rules and regulations
- Can handle his\her job role for different regions
- Excellent in time Administrator.
- Excellent in problem solving.
- Expert in MS office
- Excellent in employees’ services.
- Ability to manage cost reduction.
- Capability to provide reports to the senior HR managers
- More than 5 Years of Experience as an HR Manager
