Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with the Finance manager. Maintains operations by
preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and
quality. Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and
beverage service offerings, as well as overseeing Marketing Strategies. Ensures all work
objectives positively contribute to the company.
10+ years of of F&B, and or Hotel experience & 5+ years of experience as a General Manager
with similar capacity in the same industry
Strong knowledge of front and back-of-house operations including food, beverages, staff
supervision, inventory, and food safety
Strong leadership, and motivational skills
Strong people management skills and experience while coaching and monitoring the staffs
competency of team members.
