• To ensure that all certification is renewed in a timely manner, i.e. Saudisation, GOSI and company registration documents.
• For processing attestation of legal documents from chamber of commerce
• To be proactive to advance notification about any changes in government rules & regulations
• For Nitaqat process (Saudisation Percentage)
• To process all letters for the recruitment of new staff or families and family visit visas and all letters to Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the purpose of commercial visit visas
• To process all letters and visa applications to the various embassies.
• To process applications and payment of company bills, etc
• Keep up-to-date data for all employees
• Managing and supervisor all duties of Government Relations Officer (GRO)
• Preparing all employee related application for GRO
• Paying all government payme
• Providing reports to the Government Relations Manager (GRM)
• Following up all traffic violation payment and clear it from company record.
• Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
• Keeping all documents required by governmental agencies while processing them, and submitting them to concerned employee
• Coordinate with all agencies for processing work visa
• Coordinate with HR update for new hiring status
• Provide report on monthly basis for all government relation processes
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by GRM
• Coordinating with Staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required
• Communicating with Governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required
• Follow-up E-Government Services
• Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes
Essential
- Saudi National
- You should have a diploma or Minimum education level: High school experiences in the same role. You must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English and a computer literate.
3– 5 years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments for all employee affairs
- Good knowledge of Saudi labour and immigration rules
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English and Arabic both oral and written
- Excellent problem solving and quality control skills;
