Scientific Education and Product Training: o Identify and deliver product, scientific or technical training to: ▪ Regional sales and marketing teams ▪ Key account customers – Lab teams, Endoscopy teams ▪ Organise regular education lectures on products to DHA clinics, and other clinicians o Organise CME events within individual territories : ▪ Identify potential KOLs as keynote speakers ▪ Organise CME accreditation ▪ Create online registration facility and digital invitation ▪ Establish delegate list to meet attendance targets Product Portfolio Management o Maintaining close working relationships with suppliers including: ▪ Submission of regular forecast updates as required ▪ Feedback of relevant market information o Managing Product portfolio for Personalised Medicine including: ▪ Managing stock levels to ensure prompt service to customers across the territories ▪ Updating marketing materials as necessary ▪ Maintaining and updating company and product websites as required ▪ Maintain and update dietary planning system as necessary ▪ Oversee social media platforms and posts Business Development: o Support regional sales and marketing teams in other territories with regard to product training, scientific education and technical support o Develop and maintain productive working relationships with key account customers o Network to establish productive relationships with KOLs for each product o Meet commercial objectives across all territories in collaboration with regional teams o Organise participation at Medlabs annually including working with Design team on stand requirements • Technical Support: o Liaise with technical team to ensure all technical issu are resolved promptly, and escalated to manufacturer for resolution if necessary o Schedule regular refresher training for lab /clinical teams for new joins to ensure tests are carried out accurately o Manage EQC programme schedule with lab partners Territory: • UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Tunisia, Iraq, Syria Key Performance Indicators • Meet commercial objectives for each product range • Defend current market share for each product • Respond and solve technical issues in collaboration with technical team promptly • Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with colleagues including Technical, Admin and Logistics team, Count teams, suppliers and customers
