Position: Hand Embroiderer
Employment Type: Contract / Freelance (Piece-Rate Basis)
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Compensation: Paid per piece (Rate to be discussed based on design complexity)
Workload:
Short-Term Project: 400 pieces to be completed within 3 months
Annual Target: 2,500 pieces

Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality hand embroidery on fabrics as per design specifications
Work on intricate embroidery techniques (Zardozi, Aari, French knots, beadwork, etc.)
Ensure precision and attention to detail in every piece
Meet production deadlines while maintaining superior craftsmanship
Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate execution of designs
Use various embroidery materials (threads, beads, sequins, stones, etc.)
Maintain consistency in stitch quality and design accuracy
Requirements:
Proven experience as a hand embroiderer in high-end fashion, couture, or traditional garments
Ability to work on delicate fabrics (silk, chiffon, organza, velvet, etc.)
Skilled in various embroidery techniques (Zardozi, Aari, Resham, Appliqué, etc.)
Ability to complete embroidery within specified deadlines
High attention to detail and artistic skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
Preferred: Prior experience in UAE fashion brands or embroidery houses
