Your Role: As Head of Sales, you will shape the future growth of the brand business across channels delivering against target and growing market share. Leading the Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channel strategy. Oversee, guide, develop and lead existing sales team, overseeing their weekly and monthly targets and schedules Improve and grow the standards of brand presence, visibility, presentation in each market. Whole business planning and forecasting of sales value and volumes on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Results and profit margin focus ensuring the right development of brands and SKU’s for long term value creation. Critically analyses of planned trade marketing activities to ensure highest return on investment. Develop and manage company product branding inhouse and with third party designers. Travel extensively within the region and to new markets. Organize company trade stand, design, development and implementation for key trade fair events in the region and other countries as necessary.
