Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated IT Technician’s Helper to assist our field team in structured cabling projects. This role involves hands-on work at various sites, supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cables, fiber optics, and related IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in pulling, routing, and terminating network cables (Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber, etc.).
Help with the installation of racks, patch panels, conduits, and cable trays.
Support the testing and troubleshooting of network cabling systems.
Handle tools and materials while ensuring work areas are organized and safe.
Follow industry standards and safety guidelines during installations.
Work closely with senior technicians to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of network cabling, connectors, and IT infrastructure (preferred).
Ability to work on-site in different locations.
Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and work in tight spaces.
Willingness to learn and take directions from senior technicians.
Previous experience in cabling or field work is a plus, but not required.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
